Spontaneo olive oil is produced by traditional method of grinding the fresh olives that are hand-picked directly from trees.
The obtained paste is collected into stainless steel vessels and allowed to naturally separate into olive oil and sediment.
Using the special equipment the top layer of olive oil is scooped so that the final product is of unique and excellent quality.
