  The extra virgin olive-oil MASSERIA QUATTROMACINE is an oil of fine quality, obtained from the wise mixture of olives taken from the olive-groves of the Cazzetta family with the selected olives produced by local farmers of Terra d’Otranto. The olives are picked from the plant in the months of November-December. It has a yellow colour with green reflexes and a taste more mature and sweet.
